I am looking for a partner to help develop a website focused on an educational social network. The project involves connecting students in a class focused environment, as well as connecting professors with their colleagues and students. The idea is that professors can advertise their classes, and students can learn more about classes and professors that they want to enroll in/with. Another function of the site is a classroom like element where students in a particular class can connect to discuss anything about the class (notes, homework, etc). The project would begin exclusively with UW-Madison students.
